DATA PLATFORM FOR HEALTHCARE PAYER

In collaboration with Microsoft Azure and Databricks, Saltgrass Advisory stood up a data platform for this healthcare payer in order to reduce costs and optimize real-time operational data exchange between the provider and payer.

AGILE PRODUCT OPERATING MODEL & STRATEGIC PRODUCT ROADMAP

Saltgrass Advisory supported a large provider in designing and launching an enterprise product management model that enables strategic execution, accelerates innovation, and maximizes value realization. Our work included current-state capability assessment, operating model design, role definition, training, and creation of a prioritized product portfolio roadmap.
